The AYN Odin series utilizes ARM-based processors running Android OS, optimized for mobile gaming and emulation. The AYN Loki series features X86 processors and runs Windows, allowing for a full PC gaming experience on the go.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days. Please note that customs processing in your destination country may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in their country. These fees are not included in the checkout price and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
What is your return policy for defective units?
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all hardware. If your device arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt to initiate a replacement or repair process.
Can I upgrade the internal storage of my device?
Most AYN Loki models feature upgradeable M.2 NVMe SSDs, while AYN Odin models rely on internal UFS storage and expandable MicroSD card slots. Please refer to your specific model's manual before attempting hardware modifications.
